This performance class is for ages 5-15, and includes stage acting, musical theatre, and design lessons tailored to the students’ interest and skill level, where an audition is never required.

This is a full-day workshop, with a focus on acting and design! These workshops are tailored for artists ages 7-17, and students will learn performance and stage design techniques, using a short play as inspiration! Students will need to wear comfy clothes and bring a water bottle - box lunches will be provided by Southland Cafe. Please let us know if your artists have dietary restrictions - Southland Cafe can make many dietary accommodations!

The Performance Lab is a 6-week showcase semester, geared for artists ages 5-15. Students will gain skills in characterization, stage movement, scene work, improv, and singing for the stage! This semester will culminate in a showcase at The Bird & The Book, where students will perform monologues, short scenes, and songs of their choice.
